My friend ask for my help to upload some games downloaded from the internet to her nintendo ds lite. I figured out that it’s not that easy. Is there anyone who could help and give some useful information how can this be possible?, THanks.

You need a couple of things.

1.) You need an R4-SDHC game card. You can get them from http://www.dealextreme.com for about $ 7. You’ll also need the firmware from http://www.r4i-sdhc.com.

2.) You’ll need a Micro (not mini) SD card. 4GB is plenty, you can get it from Amazon for around $ 8. It comes with an adapter, so don’t worry.

3.) Drag the firmware into the SD card along with the ROMs.

4.) Put the card into the R4, put that into your DS, and BAM! Now you can play any game you wnt.

Black or blue (i think they have blue)

Yes you can play your DS Lite games on your DSi, and the DSi is a great purchase, its worth the money for the upgrade!
