Question by GameFreak: How much money will the statue in the halo: reach legendary edotion be worth?
The only reason I want to buy the legendary edition is for the spartan armor effect that sets your helmet on fire. I was thinking I could sell some of the stuff so I don’t pay $ 70 for an armor effect, but I’m worried a lot of other people will do the same so they won’t be worth much. Advise?

im a hardcore halo fan. i have the MC helmet and some unopened action figures. i wouldnt pay more than 30$ . in fact its highly likely i could get it for less.
keep a couple things in consideration.
1) the only people who want the statue…and arent already going to get it, arent getting it because they are broke. they wont pay you 50+ for it. if it werent part of legendary edition. say it was just on sale by itself from bungie. i wouldnt pay more than 40 for it unless it came with more. it has a sentimental value to me. but only because im buying my own. if i were to buy yours… it just wouldnt feel the same to me.
2)its actually not worth much. maybe in the long run after a few decades if the halo franchise stays powerful. yes you will have some online competition to sell it.
3)it takes a REALLY hardcore halo fan to want it. most people dont really care much about it either. they are probably buying legendary edition just because its the last halo game.
you’d probably get ur money’s worth selling it at Christmas time. being that there will be people who couldnt get the legendary edition and want the statue. the armor affect is worth almost as much to me. you might get your money’s worth… you can try selling it for 70 or however much you want to…but dont feel bad if you dont get what you want. i’m rooting for you though.
