Recently, I ordered a 1-Year Xbox Live Gold Membership (ONLINE CODE). It said that I will recieve it within a hour. I never got anything, from me email or from my account. I never got my money back nor the code. Any ideas on what to do to get my code?

There should be a customer service contact that you can email and describe what occurred. Also check in your spam folder, it might just be there.

ya you need to pay like 50 bucks but it is worth it…you can get them online(mabey amazon…)and yes you do need an account for online….if you can get a expired. free trial you just need to set back the time on your xbox to that time(i have a 2 month one so if you want you can email me and i’ll give you the code)……….good luck bro
